refund policy

2.1 We grant you a right of return for pots that you have purchased from us. You have the right to withdraw from the purchase contract within 14 days of receipt of the goods and to return the products.

2.2 The return must be made in writing (by e-mail or letter) within the specified period. We recommend that you document your revocation in writing.

Requirements for return

3.1 Pots must be in unused and undamaged condition to be eligible for return.

3.2 The original packaging of the pots must be complete and undamaged.

3.3 Please enclose proof of purchase or a copy thereof with the return to enable identification and proof of purchase.

4.1 You will have to bear the cost of returning the pots, unless the return is due to a fault or defect for which we are responsible. Small defects that do not affect the normal use or functionality of the product do not constitute a basis for a return.

4.2 It is your responsibility to pack the pots securely to avoid damage in transit during return shipment.

4.3 We recommend that you send the goods insured when returning them in order to have proof of the return.

5.1 Upon receipt and inspection of the returned pots, we will arrange for a refund of the purchase price.

5.2 Refunds are usually made using the same payment method that you chose when you originally placed your order.

5.3 The refund includes the purchase price of the pots. Any shipping costs charged to you when you originally placed your order will not be refunded unless the return is due to an error or defect for which we are responsible.
